Hillcroft is a care home, made up of converted houses in the Llandaff area of Cardiff. It accommodates up to twenty five adults with personal care and Dementia needs, on a long, short, and respite care basis.

Farrington Care Homes Ltd is registered the Service Provider with Care Inspectorate Wales (CIW) and has nominated a Responsible Individual (RI) named Kiran Nathwani who has legal responsibility to oversee the running of the service. The manager is registered with Social Care Wales as required.
